Snag Your Spot
Start with our New Timer class ($18 in Los Angeles, $20 in New York) under Pricing > New Client Promos.
Reserve a class by clicking book now, choosing the studio location, and the class that’s calling your name. You’ll get a confirmation email once you’re locked in.

We move with intention—and a little grip. For Shred, you’ll need grip socks.
For Run & Shred, bring grip socks + sneakers, so you’re ready for it all. Forgot yours? We’ve got you—pick up a cute pair in-studio. Bonus: We’ve got a purified water system, so bring your favorite reusable bottle and stay hydrated while you move.

Arrive & Thrive
Please arrive 10 minutes early to your scheduled class so we can get you set up on the equipment and show you around the studio.
We provide complimentary towel service and you can safely tuck away your belongings in a secured locker or cubbie.
